Since 2024, Paramount Bed Group has been engaged in Femtech initiatives—leveraging technology to address women’s health challenges—and has been actively working to raise awareness and understanding of issues faced by working women.
We were selected as a grant recipient under the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry’s FY2023 “Subsidy Program for Demonstration Projects Supporting Femtech and Related Services.” In collaboration with Hitobito Inc. (Kunimi Town, Date District, Fukushima Prefecture; CEO: Miai Kobayashi), we carried out the “Demonstration Project for Improving Menopausal Women’s Well-being and Establishing Male Support Systems in the Workplace.”
Through this project, we promoted deeper understanding of the physical and mental challenges experienced by menopausal women and advanced the development of appropriate workplace support systems. Our group will continue to contribute to the spread of Femtech and the promotion of diversity, aiming to create workplaces where everyone can work with peace of mind.
