Spurred by the Young Employees Proposal Project started internally in 2021, we introduced a network to officially maintain connections with alumni (former employees) of our company. This network promotes interaction and information exchange between current employees and alumni, as well as among alumni themselves, as part of our promotion of diversity. By staying close to the careers of current employees and alumni, we aim to create a more open and communicative environment.
