Toward the promotion of DEI

To fully promote DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion), we launched a project to encourage a shift in awareness within the company. Starting step by step with management, we hold workshops and discussions to deepen understanding of DEI. We are also establishing systems related to work styles to promote the success of diverse talent. To close the gender gap, we have set targets for indicators such as the ratio of female workers in management positions, the rate of childcare leave utilization among male workers, and ratio of female employees among new graduate hires, and are implementing measures to achieve these targets. Through these initiatives, we will create workplaces where every employee can thrive on an equal footing.

Tsubaki Project

In the Tsubaki Project, which leverages diverse perspectives including those of women, we engage in product development and planning/marketing activities in the obstetrics and pediatrics fields. Products born from the project have won awards including an Encouragement Award (Kids Design Council Chair Award) at the 11th Kids Design Award and a Planning Award at the 5th Cute Sensibility Design Award.
