To enhance our ability to adapt to globalization, we actively recruit talent with strong language skills and talent with a strong desire to work overseas. We also enhance language education to support improving new employees’ TOEIC® scores, and in 2020 established an Overseas Trainee System as part of the Career Challenge System. This initiative enables participants to experience a fixed-term overseas assignment through open recruitment.
