Our Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is appointed as the Information Management Officer, and our Head of Investor Relations (IR) is appointed as the Information Disclosure Officer. We disclose company information in accordance with the “Rules on Timely Disclosure of Company Information by Issuers of Listed Securities” (referred to as the “Timely Disclosure Rules”) set by the Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc.

Information concerning “decision-making facts” and “financial results” as defined in the “Timely Disclosure Rules” will be disclosed without delay, in principle, after approval by the Board of Directors. In the event of a fact that is expected to have a significant impact on the company, the Information Management Officer will consult with the CEO or relevant departments to determine the necessity of disclosure based on the “Timely Disclosure Rules.” Information will then be disclosed without delay.

Company information that falls under the “Timely Disclosure Rules” will be registered on the Tokyo Stock Exchange’s TDnet, announced at the press club within the exchange (by posting press releases, etc.), and also posted on this website. Furthermore, even for company information that does not fall under the “Timely Disclosure Rules,” we will disclose it in an appropriate manner without delay if it is deemed to have a significant impact on investors’ decisions.

To prevent the leakage of financial information, we have established a silent period for a certain period before the financial results announcement date. During this time, we refrain from making any comments or answering questions related to our financial results. However, if it is expected that our publicly announced financial forecasts will be significantly different during this period, we will make appropriate information disclosures as needed.
