Paramount Bed Holdings has established a Corporate Ethics Office in collaboration with the Legal Department to drive compliance initiatives across the Group.
For employee training, we utilize the Corporate Ethics Guidebook, which outlines our fundamental ethical principles, responsibilities to stakeholders, and specific compliance-related rules.
In addition, we regularly distribute messages from the Corporate Ethics Office to raise awareness and reinforce ethical conduct among all employees.

We took this matter seriously and, in February 1999, issued the Declaration of Compliance with the Antimonopoly Act.
Since then, we have rebuilt our business practices to ensure strict adherence to laws and regulations, with a firm commitment to fair and free competition.
The Declaration sets forth five guiding principles:
To make this declaration effective, Paramount Bed has introduced practical measures such as bid-check sheets for public tenders, assigned compliance officers at each branch, and reinforced oversight by the Legal Department and external counsel.
Furthermore, we conduct regular training sessions and study programs on the Antimonopoly Act to ensure thorough awareness and prevention of violations.
