In September 2025, we obtained Kurumin Certification from the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. Our efforts to promote the use of childcare leave systems and shortened working hours contributed to obtaining the certification. We will continue working on childcare support and creating a workplace where employees can work comfortably.
