Family Day deepens mutual understanding between employees and their families. In Japan, we reserved Meiji Jingu Baseball Stadium for exclusive use and held events such as opening the professional field, stadium tours, and a sports festival. The families who participated shared many smiles as they experienced special moments and saw a side of their colleagues at work that they do not normally see. We also hold creative events at overseas subsidiaries including in Mexico. We will continue to engage in dialogue and promote a warm organizational culture of mutual respect.
