At our core Chiba Plant, we have built an integrated production system that spans raw materials to finished products, centered on bed production lines. By patterning the production line and continuously transporting items without breaks between processes—from welding to painting to assembly—we have shortened manufacturing lead times and minimized work-in-process inventory. At the same time, we are also reducing environmental impact by decreasing electricity consumption and waste volume. In quality control, we combine know-how accumulated since our founding with cutting-edge systems, thoroughly conducting careful inspections by visual checks and touch, as well as foreign matter inspections using metal detectors. Our head office and plants have obtained certifications under the international standards ISO9001 and ISO13485.

We have built a nationwide network that can promptly deliver well-maintained assistive devices when needed, with thorough enforcement of quality control for safety and peace of mind. In our cleaning and disinfection processes, our proprietary automatic washing machines achieve both operational efficiency and improved quality. In addition to ethanol-based agent spraying and high-pressure water washing, we also use environmentally friendly, slightly acidic electrolyzed water (also used for disinfecting food ingredients) and perform reliable sterilization and disinfection with ozone. We subject disinfected equipment to regular random bacterial testing and objectively verify its effectiveness to maintain thorough hygiene management.
